Separate reusable units from scrap
Record the brand, model, rated capacity, quantity and storage condition. Working, tested, untested and damaged items should not be mixed in one line of an inventory because their handling and assessment logic can differ.
Keep terminal blocks, cables, manuals and original boxes with the related unit when available. A photo of the nameplate and a wider photo of the storage area usually provide more useful information than a close-up alone.
What affects the discussion
For PLC and drive equipment, model availability, completeness, visible damage, test status and quantity are important. For cabinets, breakers, contactors, busbars and wiring, the composition and dismantling condition also need to be described.
Do not energize unknown equipment just for a photo. The factory should confirm its own power isolation and safe removal conditions before any handling.
Service area and handover
The service focus is mainland Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. A larger batch can be discussed with an inventory list, photos, location, access route and loading conditions. The final assessment follows the actual items and site conversation.
Frequently asked questions
Can mixed PLC and inverter stock be assessed together?
It can be discussed together, but a list by model and condition is recommended. Reusable units, untested stock and damaged units should be identified separately.
Can you test every old control component?
The initial review relies on model, condition and available evidence. Any site handling or testing arrangement must be discussed in advance and must follow the factory's own safe isolation procedures.
